Get Started with Faith and Hope
We are commited to deliver top- tier care to our clients and their families. At Faith and Hope, our role is to develop a focused individualized plan that enables your child to learn and develop crucial social skills and independence. The Procces from Start-to-Finish
1.
Diagnosis
​
First, caregivers should make an appointment with a neurologist or physician to recieve a formal diagnosis and prescription for ABA therapy.
2.
Application
​
Next, the prescription for ABA and a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation (CDE) will be submitted to begin the procces of applying for ABA services.
3.
Evaluation
​
Once approved, one of our board certified behavior analysts will visit your home to conduct a comprehensive assestment to get a better idea of your child's overall beahvioral needs.
4.
Authorization
​
After the evaluation has been completed submitted, and approved, your child's case will be assigned an appropriate amount of hours based on medical necessity.
5.
Get paired with an RBT
​
Once approved, Faith and Hope will dispatch a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to your home to begin providing services.

Faith and Hope Services Group LLC is an agency offering Applied Behavior Analysis services to Dade, Broward and Monroe counties, to clients until 21 years of age . Our primary role is to create and implement a focused, individualized plan that enables your child to learn and develop crucial social skills and independence such as task completion and communication. The key focus of Faith and Hope is to empower children and their families by providing them with the tools and skills to aid their loved ones in social development and attaining long-term independence and social success- in spite of the challenges they face.
Meet the Founder
Lissette Maria Alvarez Gonzalez
LMHC BCBA
15+ years of experience as a psychiatrist and a board certified behavior analyst. She aims, as the Owner of Faith and Hope, to guide families and each child's behavior analysis team in effectively supporting each client's development through encouraging independence levels and rewarding positive social skills building. Lissette's vision is to help each client reach their full potential by fostering independence and long-term success-in spite of the challenges they face.
